POSITION DETAILS

Position: International Blogger

Employment Location: Telework

Responsibilities: Engage global audiences online in discussions pertaining to American culture, society and foreign policy via social networking forums, blogs and chat rooms in an effort to further dialogue and promote common understanding and cultural exchange.

Qualifications: Experience with blogging and social networking applications. Strong oral, written and cross-cultural communication skills with fluency in English and foreign language(s). Broad regional expertise and strong interest in current events. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and engage global audiences in a positive manner. Proficiency in Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Examples of blog postings required for interview.
